Stopping UTA Cards

Our Terms & Conditions require immediate notification of lost or stolen cards by telephone, with confirmation in writing (by fax or post).
Whilst this requirement will continue to apply, an alternative means of notification, outside of UK office hours, is now available in respect of lost or stolen UTA cards.
Outside of UK Working Day office hours, 09:00 - 17:00, you may provide direct notification to the UTA Head Office in Germany, by fax or email:

If you use this facility, it is essential that you still provide confirmation in writing (by fax or post) to the ITS Group:
