The ITS Group will provide you with the French motorway tag in order to
use the French motorway system. The tag fits in a support which is fixed
to the inside of the windscreen. No wiring is required.
Use of the tags enables vehicles to pass through toll gates without
delay thereby saving time and vehicle wear and tear. As the vehicle
approaches the toll barrier the tag on the windscreen is detected and
transmits the information needed to collect the toll (vehicle class,
entry/exit point, etc). The tag emits a bleep and the barrier lifts.
A single invoice for all your French motorway usage will be issued twice
monthly, with payment collected by direct debit. The invoice will list
details of each trip by vehicle to enable you to keep track of usage,
and you may receive this information electronically in a variety of
formats to download into your own system if you require.
The invoice is a VAT admissible invoice with French VAT, which we can
recover on your behalf through Quipsound.
